My Skincare Routine - All Drugstore Products

All my skincare products for dry and sensitive skin - Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water (£4.99) | Simple Purifying Cleansing Lotion (£3.80) | Simple Smoothing Facial Scrub (3.49) | Simple Deep Cleansing Face Mask (£4.39) | Simple Replenishing Rich Moisturiser (£4.29) |  Mario Badescu Facial Spray with Aloe Herbs and Rosewater (£7-£11)
This post is something a bit different, I don't normally talk much about skincare but I have a few products that I love which are great for my sensitive, dry skin type. So, I wanted to share them with you and do some mini reviews. All of these products are drugstore so are really affordable and easy to get a hold of.

A little background into my skin, it's always been quite dry and sensitive. About a year and a half ago I went through a bit of a spot stage, I feel like this happens to almost everyone at some point and it was so irritating! This stage lasted just over a year and I found myself covering my face in all these different products from different brands, every night in the hope that it would help. I would say it was probably what was making my skin worse! After my skin wasn't clearing up, I decided to buy some new skincare, I had to find products that were suitable for dry, sensitive and spot prone skin so it was kind of hard. I decided I wanted to try stick to one brand, as before I had so many products from so many brands. I went out and bought a few products from simple to try as I knew this would be perfect for my sensitive skin and I couldn't react to it, and I was hoping it might help clear up those pesky spots! After a few weeks, I saw a huge improvement in my skin and ever since I have carried on using the same products! There's a couple of products not from Simple which I do also use, but I will go into more detail about those.

Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water
The Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water has been popular for the past few years so you have probably heard lots of positive things about it. Perfect for sensitive skin, the no perfume water gently cleanses and removes all face and eye makeup in one simple step! I love it as I don't find that it drys my skin out, which is something that I have had problems with in the past. I use this after cleansing to make sure all my eye makeup has been removed or if i'm being lazy I take my makeup off with this as you only need a few cotton pads and then I quickly wash my face. A 400ml bottle is £4.99 and it lasts me a few months!

Simple Purifying Cleansing Lotion
Before buying the Simple Purifying Cleansing Lotion I used face washes, which I found dried my skin out a lot. This cleanser helps keep skin soft and smooth and it has no perfume. Cleansing with this is like washing your face in a moisturiser so it might not be for everyone, you probably would hate it if you had an oily skin type, but it's perfect for those who suffer with dry skin. I use it in the morning to cleanse, I apply it to a cotton pad and swipe it all over my face and I use it at night with water and a flannel to take my makeup off. Out of all my skincare products this one is probably my holy grail. I couldn't be without it and although I go through bottles of it, it's fine as it's only £3.80!
Simple Smoothing Facial Scrub
Exfoliating isn't something I do every day but at least once a week I try to make the time to focus on my skincare and have a little pamper session. After cleansing I would use the Simple Smoothing Facial Scrub, exfoliating with this makes my skin feel a lot fresher and brighter. This has little rice granules in it that help remove any dead skin cells without drying out the skin. This is £3.49 and a little goes a long way so it lasts me a long time!

Simple Deep Cleansing Face Mask
Face masks are one of my favourite things to do when I'm pampering, especially when my skins feeling a bit horrible and dull. I use the Simple Deep Cleansing Face Mask one a week. It contains the perfect blend of ingredients to deeply cleanse the face whilst retaining moisture. After using this, my skin feels so clean and soft! It's easy to apply and to wash off, again like the cleanser it has a texture of a moisturiser which is something that I love! I get many uses out of this bottle which is £4.39.

Simple Replenishing Moisturiser
Moisturiser is something I couldn't live without, my makeup does not sit well on my face unless I have moisturised with the Simple Replenishing Rich Moisturiser. I use this straight after cleansing, morning and night. This keeps my skin hydrated throughout the day, and I love that it's a light cream that absorbs into the skin straight away, rather than a thick cream which I sticks to the face. It leaves my skin feeling hydrated and soft and it's only £4.29 for a bottle!

Mario Badescu Facial Spray with Aloe Herbs and Rosewater
The newest product to my skincare collection, the Mario Badescu Facial Spray with Aloe Herbs and Rosewater (£7-£11.) A highly hyped about product which I had to try out for myself to see what all the fuss was about, I totally understand now why it's so loved! Infused with herbal and botanical extracts, it gently hydrates and revitalises skin, leaving a dewy radiance and glow. You can use it for a hydrating boost any time of day, or to set or prime your makeup and it's ideal for all skin types! This is so refreshing on the skin and I love to apply it before makeup, my new obsession and everybody needs to try it!

Sharper Image Facial Cleansing Brush
Once a week when I'm having my little skincare pamper, I like to use this cleansing brush. I have had this a few months now, yet I'm unsure of if this really makes a positive difference to my skin. It has one vibrating setting at one speed. It definitely makes my skin feel cleaner after using it with my cleanser or exfoliator, but I bought it to help with the pores around my nose, which I don't think it has. It does feel like it gives your skin a deep clean though. Perhaps it's something that's worth researching into and investing in a more expensive one. I picked this up from TK Maxx for around £15 and it's from a brand called 'Sharper Image.'

I hope you enjoyed my first skincare post and maybe found some recommendations that you want to try for yourself. I would love to hear of any other skincare products for dry skin, that you think I would like, as I love to try new things!

Drugstore Makeup Must-Haves

In this post, I'm going to share with you the drugstore products that I have in my collection, which I love and would repurchase. I normally find myself splurging on more luxury makeup products but there are some really great, cheaper alternatives out there which are just amazing! Here I have items from Makeup Revolution, Soap and Glory, Topshop, LO'real, Maybelline, NYX and Collection.

EYES

The Makeup Revolution Iconic 3 Eyeshadow Palette
The Makeup Revolution Iconic 3 Eyeshadow Palette
A soft rosy toned eyeshadow palette; The Iconic 3 by Makeup Revolution. It contains 3 matte and 9 shimmery shades, that have an incredibly smooth texture which makes them easy to apply. The pigmentation of this matches up to some higher end ones and it's also known to be a great dupe for the Urban Decay Naked 3 palette, where the shades look almost identical! You can create some beautiful eye looks with this and I particularly love the shimmery pink and rose gold shades. I haven't even got to the best part about this... It's only £4 at Superdrug!!

Maybelline Lash Sensational Mascara, (£8.99) is a lengthening, volumising mascara that gives definition, ensuring lashes look luxurious! This has been my holy grail mascara for years now, I continue to pick this over any high-end ones that I have tried as I find it's the best for adding volume to my naturally little lashes. I love that I'm able to build the product up without clumping, or just add a little for those 'no makeup, makeup' days. It comes in pretty pastel purple packaging, and has a curved brush with one side of shorter bristles and the other has longer. I find that the longer bristles are best for adding volume, whereas the short ones act like a brush and it's great for defining and separating the lashes to ensure there is no clumping. I like to alternate between both sides to create fluttery long, voluminous lashes.

Creating winged liner is something I had always found tricky, until I discovered Soap and Glory's Supercat Liquid Eyeliner Pen. (£6.50) The formula of the pen is smooth and not wet which makes it easy to apply without smudging. You can create the look you desire with the fine tip pen, a thick glamorous wing or a more subtle natural look, it's perfect for either.

FACE

Drugstore foundations can be very hit or miss, I haven't found many that I love and work with my dry skin type. L'Oreal's True Match (£9.99) has been hyped about in the past for being the best drugstore foundation and I definitely agree. In terms of shades, they have a wide range to pick from and the shade 'Golden Ivory' perfectly matches to me, I normally find it so hard to get a perfect match but I guess that why it's called true match! The liquid formula is light-weight with a medium-full coverage that blends seamlessly into the skin, leaving a fresh satin finish.

When it comes to concealer there are a few I stick to, one from Mac and another from Benefit but I have also been repurchasing the Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer for years. I'm sure you have heard people raving about it before, as I know it has been talked about a lot. It has a creamy formula that's easy to blend. A small amount under the eyes, highlights and brightens and it covers blemishes well too. It's such an affordable product at £4.19, I use shade 2.

The Makeup Revolution Ultra Blush Golden Sugar Palette

Swatches from the Makeup Revolution Ultra Blush Golden Sugar Palette
Sprinkle some golden sugar love with this Makeup Revolution face palette!

In this Makeup Revolution Ultra Blush Sugar Face Palette there are 8 shades, with lots of pretty shimmery blush and highlights to choose from. It includes a white frosty shade, a pink satin, a dusky pink mauve, a dark gold, a satin beige, a rose gold shimmer, a bronze gold and a mid-tone matte brown. I find I can work with all the shades, which compliment my fair skin tone. These are highly pigmented and feel super soft on the skin. It's really handy to have palettes like this one in your collection, they're great for travelling as the packaging is slick and you have a number of blush and highlight shades to choose from. There is even a matte brown shade in this that I use as a bronzer, so that's a lot of your face makeup in one product! It always amazes me how affordable Makeup Revolution products, with this available for just £6 at Superdrug!

Above is the Rimmel Kate Moss Sculpting Palette in 002 'Coral Glow' and the L'Oreal Color Richie Nudes Lipstick in 'Rosewood Beige' - Lipstick review at the bottom of this post.
I love makeup but when its practical makeup I love it even better, and Rimmel's Kate Moss Sculpting Palette (£6.99) is precisely that, pretty and practical! This little palette features a trio of highlight, contour and blush powders that have good pigmentation which is perfect for every day. The contour shade is the perfect matte brown, it's buildable so you are able to keep it subtle or make it intense. The highlighter is a champagne shade which is my favourite colour for a highlighter! It's soft and shimmery but it's not over the top so It's great for everyday wear. The blush is a pretty peach shade with a slight golden shimmer that leaves a subtle glow on the skin. I highly recommend this as it's such an affordable and convenient palette to have in your collection! I have the shade 002 'Coral Glow'

Topshop Chameleon Highlighter - Mother Of Pearl
This Topshop Chameleon 'Mother Of Pearl' Highlighter (£12.50) is fairly new to my collection, and it's different to any other I own, the shade is rather unique. I had to show you a close-up picture of this highlighter to show you how pretty it really is! It's a pink/copper shade which is super glittery, it radiates the prettiest glow on the cheekbones.
NYX Baked Blush in the shade 'Ladylike'
NYX Baked Blush (£7) comes in the prettiest little packaging, I adore the mini bow at the front. This illuminating blusher gives a pretty pop of pink to the cheeks whilst providing a natural glow and highlight to the face. There's a wide range of shades to pick from, so there is something to suit most skin tones. I have the shade 'Ladylike'

LIPS

Swatches from left to right - L'Oreal Colour Richie Nudes in 'Rosewood Beige', Topshop Lip Paint in 'Definitely Maybe' and Topshop Lip Bullet in 'BoyRacer'
I couldn't pick just one lippy, so here I have three drugstore lip products that I absolutely love!

The Lipstick in the black packaging is from the L'Oreal Colour Richie Nudes collection and it's in the shade Julianne's Nude - 'Rosewood Beige.' (£6.99) This is a pretty pink nude lip colour with a glossy sheen and a moisturising formula that feels lovely on the lips.

Next, I have two Topshop lip products. The red is one of Topshop's Lip bullets, they have a soft, blendable formula that leaves a dewy cream finish and an intense colour, this is in the shade 'BoyRacer.'' To me this is the perfect red shade! I think this shade may have been discontinued, but I picked mine up in TK Maxx for around £3!
Topshop Lip Kit in 'Definitely Maybe'
The second Topshop lip product has become one of my all-time favourites, it came in a four-piece set that has everything you need to achieve a statement lip. It comes with the lip paint, lip liner, lip mattifier and a three-dimensional glitter finish. I tend to where the lip paint by itself but the other products come in handy when you want to create something more special. The lip paint is a pretty pink and has a rich, creamy, velvety formula which leaves lips with a subtle shine and satin finish. It's highly pigmented and long lasting. These kits come in a number of shades, I have it in the shade 'Definitely Maybe.' These lip kits are £18 from Topshop.

Let me know of any other drugstore makeup that you think I'd love!

Luxury Bag Collection - All TK Maxx Finds!

On the left is the Dune Pearl Studded Bag and on the right, is the Carvela Kurt Geiger Micro Mandy Pale Pink Bag
For this post, I thought I would show you some of my favourites in my bag collection. In more recent years I have become obsessed with handbags, especially pretty pink ones which you can probably tell from the pictures! When I'm shopping I find it so hard to put a bag down the I fall in love with, I just have no self-control and have to splurge straight away. I have selected a few bags from different designers, and the best part is that I picked all of these up from TK Maxx which means I got them at amazing prices! Although because of that I'm not sure I will be able to give you direct links to any of them, but my local TK Maxx always have one off bags from these brands and I'm always seeing lots of gorgeous ones I want so it's always worth checking out their bag section. I work there so luckily, I manage to get my hands on all the good stuff, although this doesn't help my bank balance!

For me more luxury bags are a must-have accessory, as I got older I started to really go off cheap bags just because a lot of the time I find the quality isn't great but that's not to say there aren't some fabulous affordable bags out there from other brands, as I'm sure there are!

So the first bag I will go into detail about is the Carvela Kurt Geiger Micro Mandy Pale Pink Bag, which I couldn't resist when I saw it late last year. I definitely have a thing for pink bags, I know it's my favourite colour but they just put such a pretty twist on any plain outfit. The stunning gold details really give the bag that extra pretty touch too. It came with a shoulder strap also and has a lot of space inside with a number of compartments. I managed to find this one online! However, it's £105 and I got mine for around just under £30 from TK Maxx.

On the left is the Dune Pearl Studded Bag, At the time I bought this, pearls were the big trend, so I needed it in my collection! I would say this bag is a cream colour so very ideal for the spring/summer time, it really adds something special to your outfit and the pearls are so feminine and delicate looking. It's quite a small bag that you can't fit a lot in so it's not very practical but I'm willing to look past that as it has such stunning details! Dune is another brand which I find a lot at work, they design many beautiful bags! I managed to find this bag on Asos for £35 but unfortunately only in black.

Ralph Lauren Black SM Cross Body Bag
A little black leather bag is a staple for any bag obsessive, this little cross body by Ralph Lauren is super simple yet stylish, I love the gold-toned hardware and the monogram at the front. It's quite unique in the design features, with a front flat closure and metal fastenings. This bag goes with pretty much everything and makes any outfit look classy! Finding it in the TK Maxx clearance for around £40 made it an absolute steal! You can BUY IT HERE  but unfortunately for a little more money at £99.

Michael Kors Black Leather Saffiano Leather Sutton Large Satchel Bag
Another black bag which is a staple in my collection, you really can't go wrong with black handbags! This is the Michael Kors Black Leather Saffiano Leather Sutton Large Satchel Bag. Again, this one has lovely gold detailing, I'm sure by now you can tell that the gold details are something that I love! This was my first designer bag so it's a little sentimental to me. It's probably the biggest bag I own, so it comes in handy for when I need to take a lot out with me and it has a number of compartments and pockets, plus a detachable shoulder strap making it a practical bag. It includes the brands MK logo charm in a shiny gold finish. I got this at TK Maxx a few years ago for £99, I found a link to the same bag HERE!

Black Michael Kors Purse

Like most gals, I love all things matching. So of course, I have the matching purse to this handbag but just letting you know I got this from the Michael Kors website not TK. Am I the only one who feels as if I have my life put together when I own matching items!? This is great anyway as it would go with any bag because it's a simple, black design! I couldn't find the exact same purse, as I got this a while ago now but I found one HERE with an almost identical design.

Light Pink Michael Kors Grab Bag
You may have already seen this one in my recent post of 'What's in my handbag - Spring Edition' It's my pretty light pink Michael Kors Grab Bag! This one is probably my most used bag out of them all, it's not too big or to small and the perfect size to take to university or work. The dome shape of the bag is what drew me it, and obviously the fact that it's pink. If you read my previous blog post featuring this brag you would know that I couldn't find this anywhere online! I bought it from TK Maxx for £99 and I have seen a few bags in this style. Michael Kors have a lot of beautiful pink bags on their website, I have left some of my favourites below and linked each picture!

Cindy Large Saffiano Leather Cross Body
Mercer Gallery Medium Leather Satchel

I have my eye on a lot of designer handbags and my wishlist continuously grows! The Chloe Drew Pink Shoulder Bag is one I feel I need in my collection as it is so my style! Oh my gosh it's so pretty! and I've wanted a Louis Vuitton handbag for as long as I can remember, it's going to be my mission to own one!

Pink Chloe Drew
Jersey in Magnolia
I hope that one day I will own all my dream bags...  So, I shall keep on wishing and saving! Let me know of any designer bags you think are very my style and which I would love.

Beauty Trend Report for Spring/Summer 18

ALL THAT GLITTERS

Glitter S/S 18 Mood Board
A trend that continuously dominates fashion week each year is glitter. Everybody seems to have an obsession with all things shimmery and sparkly, I know I do! Topshop shined with colourful sparse glittery lids, Undercover went with a statement glitter look, a bold glittery eye in a variety of hues. Glitter lashes sparkled at Gucci and Shrimps models pouted 'after party' glitter! Get ready to sparkle this Spring/Summer!

Try your own glitter lip with my favourite lip kit from Topshop (£18) - A lip liner, lip paint, mattifier and three-dimensional glitter that will create the perfect party pout!

SUPERMODEL SKIN

Supermodel Skin S/S 18 Mood Board
We are going back to the basics with natural, dewy, radiant skin that glowed at the S/S 18 shows. These simple makeup looks took over the runway, being one of the biggest beauty trends of the year. Pat McGrath created a fresh-faced look for Stella McCartney, she also perfected glowing skin for Bottega Venta. McGrath was also the makeup artist behind Versace's glowing skin, groomed brows and defined eyes. It looks like 'no makeup, makeup' is back so get prepared to go fresh faced!

Prep yourself for supermodel skin with Charlotte Tilbury's Multi-Miracle Glow, a cleanser, mask and balm that leaves skin feeling baby-soft and complexion looking smooth and refreshed! (£45)

BOLD LINES

Bold Lines S/S 18 Mood Board
All attention was on the eyes, variations of black, bold graphic liner made a statement. Marc Jacobs kept the skin clean but eyes were bold, and rimmed in blank ink. Monse got creative, makeup artist Grace Lee gave liner a modern twist, by replacing the classing wing and drawing on double spaced lines. James Kaliardos created a reverse cat-eye for Jill Stuart. Heavy liner was applied to the model's lower lash lines, and extended outwards.

Get creative with graphic lines, Rimmel's Scandaleyes Waterproof Gel Liner (£7.99) allows you to draw the lines you want with complete control. Be bold with your look!

CHIC ACCESSORIES

Hair Accessorising
Spring/Summer hair is all about pretty accessorising. For the S/S 18 shows, models posed with accessorised hairstyles. From chic ribbons, too crystal covered crocodile clips and dainty floral headbands, designers jazzed up some fun hairstyles. Versace, Erdem, Simone Rocha, Rodarte and Dolce & Gabbana all showed variations of the trend.

Play around with your own hairstyles using some affordable accessories from Accessorize! Try a sparkly glitter bow clip (£5) or a twinkly hair clip (£17) or a simple ribbon hair scrunchie. (£3.50)

So, there you have it, a roundup of my favourite beauty trends from S/S 18 shows. I hope this post inspires you to try some of your own creative, makeup and hair looks for the upcoming season!

Fashion Trend Report for Spring/Summer 18

PRETTY IN PASTELS

Mood Board for S/S 18 Pastel Fashion
Spring is coming and I'm excited for the sunny day's and the new seasons fashion.
So, for this post I'm going to share with you some of my favourite Spring/Summer trends, I hope this will inspire your spring/summer wardrobes and start off the new season in style!

Soft pastel hues are what we are dreaming of for spring/summer 18. Sweet shades of pink, purple, yellow, blue and green made an appearance on the runways, from pretty pink party wear at Nina Ricci to a minty green sportswear look at Peter Pilotto, there were pastel styles for every occasion! Marc Jacobs let off some yellow glamour, beautiful gowns worn with gloves and turbans made a hit.

PLASTIC FANTASTIC

Chanel at Paris S/S 18 Fashion Week

Chanel at Paris S/S 18 Fashion Week
My favourite of all the trends was that of Chanel at Paris fashion week, which included 91 looks that focused on waterproof layers. A beautiful backdrop of 6 man-made waterfalls gave us naturistic vibes. Models strode out in pastel tweed suits; A spin on the classic Chanel suit, with transparent hooded plastic capes, gloves and boots. A look perfect for staying extra glamorous in British weather, as we can be sure that rain will always be making an appearance! Karl Lagefeld created this standout collection to celebrate the life of Gabrielle Chanel before she became 'Coco Chanel.' Which is in harmony with the release of their latest fragrance launch.

Chanel Makeup and Hair Paris S/S 18 Fashion Week
As for beauty, Sam McKnight created plastic wrapped ponytails. Makeup Artist Tom Pecheux sweeped tele blue around the eyes and added a red glossy lip, giving models a wash of colour.

Valentino at S/S 18 Fashion Week
Valentino are keeping on top of our global climate, rain is probably forecast but this glitter rain jacket will keep you dry and looking stylish. The best way to see the positive in the terrible spring drizzle, is that you can dress yourself in the perfect glitter rain coat. Glitter will always brighten your mood!

Belenciaga S/S 18 Fashion Week

Belenciaga S/S 18 Fashion Week
Another spin on the waterproof plastic designed by Demma Gvasalia for Belenciaga. Look, a glamorous chic way to wear a waterproof jacket. Look 2, shiny boxy shirts paired with knee length pencil skirt for an edgy and clean-cut look.

Acne Studios S/S 18 Fashion Week
A shower curtain back drop at Acne Studios is giving us the waterproof vibes. Models appeared dressed in shiny trim rain jackets.

RUNWAY RUFFLES

London S/S 18 Fashion Week
The runway has continued its love affair with feminine ruffles and frills, as it did with AW17. Preen showcased a beautiful piece, tiers of delicate frill on a pastel green dress. Simone Rocha and the paper-like dress, huge ruffles on a silk white dress. The romantic blue dress was from Ralph and Russo, a soft high neck piece, also with a verity of ruffles.

Christopher Kane S/S 18 Fashion Week

DENIM REWIND!

We are rewinding back to the early 2000's now with a trailered dark denim craze! Keep it casual with this easy and stylish everyday wear, that needs to be a part of your Spring/Summer wardrobe. Here's a look book of denim at fashion week:

Look Book of Denim at S/S 18 Fashion Week
There were endless styles of denim showcased at fashion week, jackets, dresses, jumpsuits and jeans all made a statement. Mugler showed of a corset style, Calvin Klein's used embroidery and versus has a classic denim dress (my favourite!)

So that's my favourite Spring/Summer fashion trends for 2018, I hope you enjoyed this post and maybe even found some style inspiration for the upcoming season! xxx

Soft Smokey Valentines Makeup Look / Review of Must Have Valentines Products

Soft Smokey Valentines Makeup Look on myself. All products used for this look - Too Faced Chocolate Bon Bons Palette (£39) | Too Faced Better Than Sex Mascara (£19) | Benefit High Beam Highlighter  (£21.50) | L'Oreal True Match Foundation (£9.99) | Benefit Boi-ing Airbrush Concealer (£17.50) | MAC Hot Gossip Lipstick (£17.50)
Valentines is just days away, so I thought It would be fun for me to get a bit more creative with my makeup and try something new! whether you're going on a date or out with the girls for Galentines, this soft smokey makeup look would be perfect for either occasion, and it's simple and easy to create!

I focused this look on glowy radiant skin, a soft smokey eye and of course a pink lip (My go too!) I decided on the products I would use after rummaging through my makeup collection and picking out the products I thought went perfectly with valentines. The Too Faced Chocolate Bon Bons eyeshadow palette and the Too Faced Love Flush blusher stood out to me straight away, I mean they are heart shaped so they had to be featured in this, look how pretty they are!!

Above is the Too Faced Chocolate Bon Bons Eyeshadow Palette, Love Flush Blusher in 'Justify My Love' and a mini Too Faced Better Than Sex Mascara.
The Too Faced Chocolate Bon Bons Palette (£39) is chocolate smelling goodness! There are 16 shades in this neutral eye palette, and look at the packaging and those heart shaped pans! I used four shades in this palette to create my valentines eye look. I applied the shade 'Mocha' to the crease and blended it out, it's a muted medium brown, with warm undertones in a matte finish. All over the lid I used the shade 'Sprinkles,' a pretty light pink with a soft gold sheen. 'Bordeaux' was blended to the outer corners to create more of a smokey eye, it's a dark burgundy-brown with warm undertones and a mate finish. I finished with 'Satin Sheets' the top rectangular shade, it's my go to shade for highlighting my inner corners. It's a light milky pink, with a golden frost. To finish of the eyes, I coated the Too Faced Better Than Sex Mascara (£19) all over my top and bottom lashes, it's perfect for creating long luxurious looking lashes.

Benefit's High Beam Highlighter with swatch
For a radiant glow I mix in a little of the Benefit High Beam Highlighter  (£21.50) with my L'Oreal True Match Foundation in the shade Ivory. (£9.99) Above there is a swatch of Benefit's High Beam, it's a beautiful satiny pink liquid highlighter that gives the complexion a subtle luminescence. I had to use flash to really show you how popping the glow of this is! I swept Benefit's Boi-ing Airbrush Concealer, shade No 1 (£17.50) under my eyes, to brighten. To apply these products, I always use my real techniques sponge, it leaves my skin with a satin dewy finish.

§is something I just have to mention, the packaging of this is probably the main reason I bought it, a pink heart shaped compact and the pattern is too cute! Overall this is a great blush and the shade 'Justify My Love' suits my light skin tone.

Makeup Forever Pro Sculpting Duo - Bronzer and Highlighter in shade 1
To add a little warmth to the face I used my Makeup Forever Pro Sculpting Duo. I then used the powder highlight shade to ensure I had extra shimmer, I applied it to my cheekbones, nose and cupids bow. I think this product has now been discontinued, however I picked this up from TK Maxx for around £6.99, total bargain!!

Mac Cosmetics - Hot Gossip Creemsheen Lipstick

I will also mention the lipstick I'm wearing as I think it's the perfect valentines shade! 'Hot Gossip' by MAC, (£17.50) it's a mid-tone pinky plum colour and it's in a creemesheen finish. My favourite finish as I find it super nourishing on the lips!

If you were wondering what I use to fill in my brows, it's the Benefit Brow Zings in Shade 5. (£26.50) I have been obsessing over this product for years, I highly recommend it!

A pretty photo that I took of my Valentines roses!

I hope you enjoyed this post and maybe it will inspire you to create your own Valentine's makeup look,

Happy Valentine's! xxx
